  • Once credits are purchased and added to your account, they cannot be refunded
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary value
  • Credits cannot be transferred to another user's account
  • Unused credits will not be refunded if you decide to close your account
  • Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
    • Dissatisfaction with generated content
    • Technical issues or service interruptions
    • Accidental purchases
    • Duplicate purchases

  • Digital Nature of Services: Our credits provide immediate access to digital AI generation services, which are consumed upon use
  • Third-Party Costs: We incur costs from Google AI services and payment processors that cannot be recovered
  • Instant Delivery: Credits are instantly added to your account and can be used immediately
  • Fair Pricing: We offer competitive pricing and free trial credits to help you evaluate our services before purchasing
  • Abuse Prevention: This policy prevents misuse of our refund system

4. Cancellation Policy

Since our credits are delivered instantly upon purchase, cancellations are not possible once a transaction is completed.

  • There is no cancellation window or cooling-off period
  • Once payment is processed, the transaction is final
  • Credits are immediately added to your account and cannot be removed

Please ensure you want to proceed with your purchase before completing the payment.

5. Limited Exceptions

While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following rare circumstances:

  • Payment Processing Errors: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error

6. Credit Expiration

Currently, purchased credits do not expire and will remain in your account indefinitely, unless:

  • You voluntarily close your account
  • We discontinue our services (with advance notice)

We reserve the right to implement expiration policies in the future with advance notice to users.

7. Account Closure and Unused Credits

If you choose to close your account or if your account is terminated:

  • All unused credits will be forfeited
  • No refunds will be issued for remaining credit balance
  • You will lose access to all generated content stored in your account
  • The closure is permanent and cannot be reversed

We strongly recommend using all your credits before closing your account.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • Loss of all credits and access to our services
  • Potential legal action to recover costs
  • Being permanently banned from using our platform
